The civil engineering drawings are completed and have received Final Site Plan approval from Hillsborough County on January 19, 2012, allowing all construction permits for sitework to be obtained from the County and other agencies in approximately 60 days time. The scope of the civil drawings includes all utilities, grading, paving, storm water facilities, landscaping and irrigation and all off-site traffic improvements required by the County.
